Please refer to the Residential Improvement Guidelines (RIG’s) for specific details about improvements or changes to your property. Some elements will need to be applied for and approved PRIOR to any work being done. Other elements may be done without approval, but Notice must still be submitted to the ACC Office.

BEFORE SUBMITTING AN APPLICATION, PLEASE REMEMBER THE FOLLOWING:
- All applications must be accompanied by current photo of the home, complete plans, specifications, samples, color chips, and/or other applicable information.
- The signed approval is required prior to starting work on the proposed project. DO NOT START YOUR WORK UNTIL YOU RECEIVE FULL APPROVAL OF ALL WORK TO BE DONE. ANYTHING NOT EXPRESSLY APPROVED IS DEEMED DENIED.
- To review an application, the ACC shall have a minimum of 30 days from the date all pertinent information received. If an application is incomplete, the application may be denied or the ACC will notify the homeowner of what is needed to move forward.
- The Committee will inspect for compliance with the original application before granting final approval. If changes to any elements are made during the course of the project, it may not pass final inspection and is required to be brought into compliance.
- Approvals are valid for one year after the date of approval. If 12 months lapse before the proposed project is finished, a new application will need to be submitted as some elements may no longer be approved.
- Roof replacement requiresowner to submit a product label to the ACC prior to installation once materials have been delivered, to verify the proper shingles are installed.
