We are committed to keeping you up-to-date with what’s happening in our community and with HOA decisions that may affect you. We encourage you to take advantage of the communications tools that work best for you. These tools include:
- Our website: Homesteadinthewillows.org is available 24/7 to keep you abreast of news, events and HOA activities. We post our monthly board meeting minutes here as well as all our governing documents and policies, home improvement processes, financial information, and a calendar of events. Please note our website is managed by volunteers, who may not always be available to respond quickly.
- Homestead Herald newsletter: Our monthly newsletter is hand-delivered to every home in our community and contains the official records of our Board of Directors meetings and other HOA business, as well as a social calendar, landscaping tips column and other news and events. The newsletter and past issues are available online, and we are exploring ways to send the newsletter via email.
- Homestead social media: We are on Facebook and Instagram to keep you up-to-date and share timely reminders of what’s happening in our community. Please note our social media channels are managed by volunteers, who may not always be available to respond quickly.
- Emails from the HOA: We occasionally share information via email if we deem it to be relevant and timely. If you want to receive our emails, please send your email address to businessmgr@homesteadinthewillows.org with “Sign me up for emails!” in the subject line.
- Texts from the HOA: We also occasionally share information via text if we believe it’s relevant and timely. If you want to receive our texts, please send your phone number to businessmgr@homesteadinthewillows.org with “Sign me up for texts!” in the subject line.
We do not share your personal information with any third-party vendors or solicitors. If you sign up for tools such as emails and texts but then decide to opt out, just email us and let us know and we’ll remove you from these lists. We want to make sure you’re informed in the ways that best serve you and your family!
