| Early Morning Lap Swim – The pool is open for Lap Swim before work | 5am – 8am |
| Open Swim – Residents and their guests may swim during these hours. Interested adults may request the Lifeguard set up one lane rope at the North Pool for Lap Swimming. | 10am – 7pm Daily |
| Tube Night – Floating toys and rafts may be brought into the pool. (For safety reasons the lifeguard on duty may limit the number of rafts and toys allowed in the pool). | 5pm – 9pm Wednesday |
| Barbeque Night – The HOA will provide the grills, while each family supplies the grub! | Daily |
| Late Night Swim – Family Swim is extended at one pool six out of seven nights of the week | 7pm – 9pm Wednesday & Saturday |
