You’ve joined a community of almost 900 homes with an award-winning walk-in Homestead Elementary School surrounding the Willow Spring Open Space. As a new owner in Homestead, you will want to follow the links below to obtain access to the pools and tennis courts, and you will want to register on PayHOA, our communication and dues-paying platform. Weekly trash and twice-monthly recycling are included in your HOA dues. Water, sewer, and internet access are the homeowners’ responsibility. Contact information for those services is provided below, please contact them to update your information.
Homestead is a covenant-controlled community and strictly enforces the Residential Improvement Guidelines. Owners are required to submit plans to change the exterior of their property for approval to the Architectural Control Committee. You can access applications and learn more about the community aesthetic under the Home Improvements tab.
The Homestead Herald is our monthly newsletter and is hand delivered to each property. Please take the time to read through the Herald as it is where you will find important communications from the HOA Board of Directors.
The community is managed through our onsite Business Office. Please direct any questions to the Business Manager Katie Kidwell at 303-793-0230 or email the office at businessmgr@homesteadinthewillows.org.
