This year, we’re excited to introduce a new, user-friendly sign-up platform called Court Reserve. This platform is designed for registering for drills, team practices, JTT, and all of our programs. Please note: this is not for reserving courts—it’s purely for sign-ups for practices and events (though they might want to consider changing their name!).
Steps to Sign Up:
Step 1: Create a Family Account
- Visit the Court Reserve website: Open your web browser and go to the Court Reserve login page. CourtReserve.com
- Sign Up: If you don’t already have an account, click on the Sign Up or Create Account button.
- Fill in your personal details (name, email, password, etc.).
- Complete any necessary verification steps (e.g., email verification).
- Family Profile: After creating your account, you’ll be asked if you want to create a family profile. Choose Yes to add family members.
- Enter the names and birthdates of your children.
- Specify each child’s relationship to you (e.g., child, stepchild, etc.).
Step 2: Add Kids to the Family Account
- Navigate to Family Settings: Go to your profile/settings area. You should see an option for “Family” or “Manage Family Members.”
- Add Children: In the family settings, there will be an option to Add Family Member. Click on this and enter your children’s details (name, date of birth, etc.).
- Repeat this process for each child in the family.
- Make sure to enter accurate birth dates, as some classes may be age-restricted.
Step 3: Update Payment Information
- Add Payment Method: In the account settings, navigate to Billing/Payments and enter your preferred payment method (credit card, debit card, or other options). This payment method will be used for any class bookings or registrations.
Step 4: Browse and Search for Classes
- Go to the Class Schedule: From your family account dashboard, locate the Class Schedule section.
- Search for Classes: Use filters such as age, class type, or skill level to find available classes for your children.
- You can also view detailed descriptions of each class, including times and availability.
Step 5: Register for Classes
- Select a Class: After finding a class that fits your child’s needs, click on it for more details.
- Register for the Class: There should be an option to register or book the class. If the class allows multiple participants, you’ll be able to select which child in your family will be attending.
- Select the child’s name and confirm the class registration.
- Payment: If payment is required, you’ll be prompted to enter payment details. Confirm the payment, and the class will be booked.
Step 6: Manage Class Bookings
- View Bookings: After registration, you can view your upcoming classes in the My Bookings or Upcoming Events section of your account dashboard.
- Cancel or Modify Bookings: If needed, you can cancel or modify the booking through this section, depending on the cancellation policy.
Step 7: Confirm Notifications and Reminders
- Set Notifications: Ensure that your notifications are enabled for class reminders, cancellations, or any changes to class schedules.
- These notifications can often be set via email, text message, or both.
