The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) has the responsibility to preserve the integrity of the distinctive Sanford architectural design and visual appeal of our community. By preserving our shared community design, the ACC helps maintain, preserve and protect our property values.
Preserving our community design necessarily means putting limits on what is permissible and desirable when a homeowner is making an external change to their house and/or property.
The directive to have an ACC comes from our governing documents and the covenants of our community. The authority comes from the HOA Board since the committee reports to the Board.
The committee is made up of volunteers who serve our community. Email the ACC at accmgr@homesteadinthewillows.org.
