The Board of Directors is responsible for the operation of our well-designed Homestead community. The HOA Governing Documents give the Board members the authority to act on the owners’ behalf to set budgets and policies, and to enforce the governing documents fairly and uniformly.
Homestead has five directors who serve in staggered terms. Board members are elected annually by the membership.
