After an official cessation of drought restrictions, homeowners are allowed 60 days to restore drought-impaired plantings and sod; extensions will apply for intervening fall and winter months.
At this time, we are aware of the current restrictions and recommendations and are reviewing our irrigation practices accordingly. Our goal is to balance water conservation with the health and preservation of the community’s landscape, including turf, trees, shrubs, and other plant material that may have varying water needs.
